Camp Kaizen

Camp Kaizen

As a pioneer in fitness, Nick is working closely with his wife Cindi, to help combat the growing epidemic of childhood obesity. Concerned with the physical and psychological risks associated with this condition, Nick and Cindi founded Camp Kaizen which is located in beautiful and tranquil East Burke, Vermont. Camp Kaizen is a non-profit fitness camp for overweight girls between the ages of 9 and 14. The focus of Camp Kaizen is the development of the four “C’s” – Character, Courage, Confidence, and Commitment. Through the generosity of many of Nick and Cindi’s close friends, full financial scholarships are available to girls who otherwise would not be able to attend. Nick and Cindi wish to make a positive and long-lasting impact on the youth of America.
