Quicker, More Powerful Tennis in 30 Days takes you on a 90 minute journey through all the components of the A.P. Belt Training System, teaching you everything you need to know to become a movement specialist. Portions of your workouts will require the assistance of a coach, parent or another player to feed balls, unless you use a ball machine. We also show workouts for A.P. Belt training against a backboard and precision Shadow Tennis exercises that you can do off court. To achieve the best results in 30 days, it is highly recommended that you follow the program step by step thru all 6 modules. For adolescent and adult players, we recommend downloading the "30 Minutes for 30 Days" Interval Training Manual featured here. We show you the techniques and provide you with a 30 minute workout for each day comprised of interval training and theme specific drills and exercises.
